Really glad I changed to this company. I was previously let down by another company that failed to ship grass patches to me in two weeks, blaming it on the delivery driver (also wouldn't refund me). My puppy's potty training was completely messed up because of that, until City Doggo's patch arrived. She took to it immediately! Such a lifesaver! Their grass patches are a lot richer (heavier with the real soil too). I believe my puppy really likes the texture and smell of the grass (She wasn't as interested in the other company's patches that were without soil, which also dried out rather quickly)

Also a big thank you to the team for the flexibility to send out the patch at very short notice, understanding my situation of not having a proper potty area for my puppy for two weeks.

Using the oui oui patch for our puppy has been amazing. We had her potty trained in no time, first on the patch, and once she was allowed to go outside, the transition was super easy. Definitely a better option than regular puppy pads!

My friend suggested me to use grass patch from Citydoggo as I was struggling potty training 8 weeks puppy. I was using the plastic (those you got from Amazon) but it was messy as she played with it. On top of that, I am house proud where I like my flat to be tidied so the plastic pads were not working for me. When I use Citydoggo, my puppy now does potty on commands on grass outside and having the patch during awful British weather os extremely helpful + living in a flat. Also I had issues with the payment, Francesca was helpful to arrange the next delivery for my patch. In short, Im a very happy customer:)

Fabulous product. My pup used it first time I put her on it. I couldnt believe it. She was used to doing her business in the breeder's garden. As I live in a flat she can't go outside until she's had all of her injections and the patch provides the ideal solution. It's also good to feel I'm doing my best for the environment. Such a brilliant idea for someone to have come up with.

I've had many dogs before so I was ready for the toilet training trauma... but this company saved me from weeks of sleepless nights!!! My new pup took to the Oui Oui Patch almost immediately. She was very excited when it arrived and sniffed it like crazy but when she calmed down she went to potty on it without me having to do anything!!! Why did I ever use pee pads?!!

Ive had a weekly Oui Oui Patch subscription for nearly 2 months and Ive been so impressed with the product and the service. I live in a flat with a tiny balcony and no garden so was prepared for weeks of puppy pad woes, but the breeder said a grass patch would be better for toilet training so I gave it a go. The patches are great quality and the delivery is completely painless - Ive not had any issues with the service and thoroughly recommend. Our pup is old enough to go outside now but still needs to go sometimes in the night, so the Oui Oui patch means I dont have to get dressed and drag her outside half-asleep - no distressed pup and I can be back to bed in 5 mins!

Really brilliant idea and great service. I live in a top floor flat so wanted a good solution for puppy toilet training. Squares of grass arrived every week on time, eco friendly and much nicer than using puppy pads. Pup loved them so much I had to move it outside to train him to go outside! Customer service team are lovely and friendly too
