Toilet training your pet can be ruff, but it doesn't have to be. Oui Oui Patch is a speciality REAL grass pet toilet that makes potty training as easy as possible.
Many of our customers have trained their new puppies in under a week using Oui Oui Patch and consistent training. The real grass and real soil in Oui Oui Patch trigger’s a dogs natural instinct to ‘go’. So Oui Oui Patch does most of the training for you. All you need to do is take your pet to the patch consistently at toileting times (after food, after a nap, etc.) and shower them in praise when they do the right thing. It’s that simple.

Oui Oui Patch + Consistent Training = Real Results!
By training your pet to go potty on Oui Oui Patch (real grass & real soil), they are far less likely to have accidents within your home.
Using soil-free substrates, fake grass or pee pads can be confusing for puppies. Puppies rely on instinct and these options are unnatural. Puppies want to be good – but they simply can’t tell the difference between these items and your carpet, bathmat etc. Further, soilless substrates don’t trigger the same behavioural instinct in dogs to toilet that Oui Oui Patch does.

When you bring your new puppy home, vets advise they cannot go to the park until a week after their final vaccination. This is to avoid any risk of unvaccinated dogs in the park infecting your pet with parvo or other diseases. Oui Oui Patch offers your pet the opportunity to be trained in the safety of your home. It also speeds up the process initially by being away from distractions in the park.
Oui Oui Patch also allows you to start training your pet to ‘go’ on grass from day one. Oui Oui Patch smells & feels like exactly what a puppy will experience in the park, meaning you do not have to re-train your pet again after they are fully vaccinated. With fake grass, puppy pee pads or soil-free substitutes, you will have to do all the consistent training work again.
Oui Oui Patch:
1. helps to toilet train puppies as quickly as possible.
2. prevents accidents in your house by using their natural instinct to ‘go’ on grass.
3. allows more people living in flats to own dogs by giving them an alternative to a garden.
4. provides mental stimulation for all pets & gives them constant access to nature, even when living in apartments.
5. offers pet parents peace of mind, knowing that even if it is raining, snowing or dark outside, their pet will have a safe place to go without needing to pull out the cleaning products.
Our goal is to reduce new pet owner blues by simplifying toilet training and encouraging breeders to start training new litters on the correct substrate (soil & grass) instead of puppy pee pads or artificial grass. As potty accidents are the leading reason for pet abandonment, we hope that with Oui Oui Patch, fewer pets will be at risk.
If you know a breeder who could benefit from using Oui Oui Patch with their next litter, please put us in touch with them! Our email is help@citydoggo.com.

Yes! Oui Oui Patch works for pets of all ages.
In fact, for elderly dogs who suffer from incontinence, Oui Oui Patch offers them the comfort of always having fresh grass to use when they need to.
Oui Oui Patch is also for any pet owner:
• Without a garden; or
• With limited mobility; or
• Who is eco-conscious; or
• Who is Covid Isolating; or
• With an old, injured, or unwell pet; or
• Who has a busy schedule or demanding job; or
• Who wishes to avoid pet accidents around the home; or
• Who is sick of cleaning artificial grass, pee pads or kitty litter; or
• Who wants to avoid going out late at night for safety or comfort reasons; or
• Who doesn’t want to subject their dogs to extreme weather, such as wind, rain, snow or cold.
Oui Oui Patch is local produced, lovingly handmade & delivered fresh from the farm to your door. It is not mass produced like pee pads or artificial grass. We follow the most stringent environmentally friendly and sustainable procedures possible.
For dogs, it is very important that they have constant access to nature. This is not only for toileting, but also for their mental stimulation and enrichment. Think green bathing for pets!
Have you noticed how dogs love to sniff soil and grass in the park? You dog has up to 300 million receptors in its nose & they will love smelling Oui Oui Patch.
Oui Oui Patch also improves your dog's mental health by providing them with a designated potty area that they can use consistently. This can help reduce stress and anxiety related to potty training and provide them with routine and structure. Additionally, positive reinforcement training techniques used alongside Oui Oui Patch can help improve your dog's confidence and overall well-being.
Unfortunately, when dogs are trained to use pee pads or fake grass, they become confused by other surfaces in your home that feel similar under their paws, which leads to accidents. By training them to potty only on grass, your pet can form a positive association with nature and toileting and be the good boys and girls they want to be!
Oui Oui Patch grass is 100% natural. Its packaging is treated with layers of a 100% eco-friendly, biodegradable, pet-safe, water-resistant coating, making sure your floor and the planet are cared for. If disposed of in as garden waste, Oui Oui Patch can be transformed into compost and the whole until is 100% biodegradable. Each patch is shipped carbon-neutral to your door.
In contrast, puppy pads are not recyclable and take up to 500 years to decompose in a landfill. Artificial grass is not only plastic, but it also starves the soil of oxygen, meaning that all burrowing insects and organisms are suffocated.

Oui Oui Patches are not meant to replace walking your dog. Dog walks are vital not only for exercise but also for socialization and mental stimulation. Oui Oui Patches are a solution for toilet training and days when it is not possible to go for multiple walks with your dog due to weather, work commitments or illness.
How often you replace your Oui Oui Patch depends on a few factors: the size of your pet, how frequently the Patch is being used, and environmental factors such as where the patch is stored (inside vs balcony), if it has access to sunlight and how frequently it is spritzed with water.
Use Inside Your Flat
Oui Oui Patches should be replaced weekly when being used indoors. This is because the lack of airflow and things like heaters decrease the absorbency & lifespan of the Patch.
Puppies
For puppies who are doing all their toileting on the patch, most customers choose to replace the patch weekly until their puppy has finished their vaccinations and can begin doing some/all toileting outside.
Once vaccinations are completed and puppies are allowed back outside, most customers reduce their subscription to bi-weekly deliveries and reassess after a few weeks.
Small Dogs & Cats
For small dogs like Dachshunds and French Bulldogs and for cats, most customers find a bi-weekly Oui Oui Patch to be just right for their needs.
Medium to Large Dogs
For medium to large dogs with bigger bladders and pees, a weekly Oui Oui Patch is our most popular subscription.
For medium to large dogs who use the patch less frequently for just some of their toileting, most customers choose a bi-weekly Oui Oui Patch subscription.
Rabbits & Guinea Pigs
For Rabbits & Guinea pigs who use the patch for grazing and relaxing, monthly Oui Oui Patches are our most popular subscription.
Once your account is set up, switching between plans is easy! Just email help@citydoggo.com and we’ll be happy to help!

CARING FOR OUI OUI PATCH
When you receive your Oui Oui Patch delivery, open it up immediately and place the cardboard lid underneath the base, then use a spray bottle to give it a good spritz with water. Never pour water onto the patch as this could make the cardboard box soggy while also reducing the amount of pee the soil will absorb. Spritzing the grass daily with a little water will help prolong the life of the Patch. The goal is to always keep the soil slightly moist. The ideal location to store your Oui Oui Patch is where it can receive a little sunlight and fresh air. Doggie poo should be picked up immediately, just as you would in the park.
Liquids are naturally absorbed by the grass root structure which also helps to control odours. Our packaging is coated with two layers of water-resistant coating, to keep your box as strong and dry as cardboard can be.
When you receive your Oui Oui Patch, place the lid of the box underneath the base for added protection. Once the box begins to lose its firmness, it means the grass has absorbed all the liquid it can hold and it's time for a new Oui Oui Patch.
For a more permanent barrier between the Oui Oui Patch and your floor, our Wooden Tray offers a protective liquid barrier and adds a chic aesthetic to your Patch.
We do not recommend placing Oui Oui Patches on indoor wooden floors as the boxes are water-resistant but not waterproof.
Our Wooden Tray in combination with the Oui Oui Patch box is sufficient to protect indoor floors. However, whilst a dog is new to the patch we still recommend keeping the patch on a balcony or a tiled floor. This is because dogs new to the patch, and in particular puppies, can sometimes "go" on the edge of the tray, meaning urine can spill down the side of the tray and seep underneath.
Our Leg Lifters are designed to help with this issue of aim, in conjunction with encouragement from pet owners. In the beginning stages a balcony or tiled floor allows for easy cleanup in the event of this kind of spillage. However, once your pup is well trained, our Wooden Tray + Oui Oui Patch combo should sufficiently protect your wooden floors from leakage.
We recommend adding a few drops of lemon juice to the water you use to spritz your Oui Oui Patch. You can also surround the Oui Oui Patch with mosquito-repelling plants. These common, mosquito-repelling plants are also safe for pets: Basil, Catnip, Lemon balm, and Rosemary. However, be sure to avoid toxic plants like geraniums, citronella, peppermint, lavender, some varieties of marigolds, and garlic — all of which can be harmful to animals if eaten.
Oui Oui Patch grass, like other natural plants, is subject to change from season to season. During summer months or particularly warm periods the grass may not last as long as it does in cooler wetter winter months.
To extend the life of your Oui Oui Patch, it's recommended to keep it out of direct sunlight and to give it an extra spritz of water during summer months or particularly warm periods.
The patch, sleeve and box are fully biodegradable, so most people can simply put them in their normal refuse. If your council separates waste into garden waste and recyclables, place the patch in the garden waste (usually the green bag) and the cardboard box and sleeve in with recyclables. Please refer to your local council website for more personalized information.
Oui Oui Patch is not designed to be left in the rain.
This will make the cardboard box soggy and the patch itself, waterlogged. Your pet is unlikely to want to use it for toileting if it becomes waterlogged.
If it's going to rain, we suggest storing Oui Oui Patch under an outdoor table or in a tent-pod (view tent pods on Amazon) to keep it dry.
Alternatively, you can store the patch indoors when it looks like rain.
